The Communications and HR Specialist will play a critical role in enhancing internal communication strategies and supporting HR functions. This role involves developing communication, communication plans, and ensuring effective dissemination of information across the organization.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY PERFORMANCE OUTCOMES

  • Provides support in delivering a consistent approach to all internal communications in maximizing employee involvement through internal communications, and employee-related programs and activities, including proactive calendar and strategic approach to distributing communications to minimize email fatigue. May develop confidential communications.

  • Supports in various employee engagement activities throughout the organization to drive employee awareness and engagement.

  • Manages Lyric’s intranet—Center Stage—including regular updates to and the creation of functional pages. Creates special project and initiative pages as needed.

  • Collaborates with different departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment of internal communication efforts with organizational goals via Center Stage.

  • Supports the execution of communication and change plan and timelines; gathers and synthesizes relevant information from various subject matter experts; facilitates the review process to gain approval of key deliverables.

HR

  • Support the global recruitment process by scheduling and coordinating interviews, utilizing Workday for tracking and managing candidate interview schedules, and communicating with the hiring manager, recruiters, and third-party recruiter as necessary.

  • Assists in the new hire onboarding program to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the organization.

  • Prepares reports on key HR metrics as requested by stakeholders.

  • Assists in the development and implementation of HR policies and programs.

  • Organizes and facilitates Manila employees’ events and activities.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3 + years of relevant work experience in handling internal communications and HR support

  • Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office tools

  • Experience with internal communication platforms and tools

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking System and/or HRIS preferred but not required

  • Demonstrated integrity, with the ability to provide rapid, accurate response to confidential/ sensitive requests

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and execute multiple simultaneous deliverables and work in a demanding environment

  • Demonstrated interpersonal, oral and written communication skills in English, producing correspondence that requires little/no additional editing

*The US base salary range for this full-time position is:

₱52,959.20 - ₱106,192.80
