This role serves as the right-hand to the VP of GTM Strategy & Enablement, leading all strategic reporting for Lyric’s Board of Directors and internal stakeholders as well as managing cross-functional projects. Critical to this role is the ability to marry quantitative analyses from Sales Analytics team with strategic insights into concise, clear and impactful reporting. The role will also play a critical function in driving forward collaboration across enterprise-wide teams, understanding priority business initiatives and operationalizing within the GTM team.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY PERFORMANCE OUTCOMES

  • Lead development and timely delivery of essential sales collateral (e.g., monthly Board decks, quarterly Board decks, monthly Town Hall presentations, etc.), ensuring high quality analyses that synthesize results and align to business objectives

  • Lead one-off analyses requested from the Executive Leadership team to support strategic decisions

  • Oversee the Sales Analytics team to ensure successful execution of FP&A activities, including financial forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline reporting

  • Coordinate and lead standing meetings with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless information flow between GTM and our Product, Marketing and Finance teams

  • Convert conceptual ideas into scalable action plans while engaging and collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams, such as Client Executives, Partners, Product, Finance, Marketing, Services

  • Maintain clear and consistent communication, ensuring everyone is informed of key updates and initiatives in tune to the rhythm of business

  • Identify and proactively address any potential roadblocks that could hinder project execution or sales performance

  • Organize and coordinate team offsites, including meeting agendas and content, ensuring alignment with target outcomes to facilitate engagement

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Required:

  • Advanced degree with 7+ years of experience, or equivalent experience

  • 4+ years of experience in management consulting, operations, business strategy, venture capital, investment banking, or corporate advisory

  • 2+ years of experience working with executive stakeholders

  • 2+ years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives

GENERAL COMPETENCIES

  • Experience in the healthcare industry and software sales experience is a plus

  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing projects in the healthcare or technology sector

  • Analytical mindset with ability to leverage data and insights to drive strategic decision-making

  • Creative thinker with a passion for driving positive change in healthcare and payment accuracy

  • Willingness to work in a complex structure to achieve success

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and work in a fast-paced environment to solve problems at scale

  • Ability to build and maintain constructive working relationships with a diverse stakeholder set

  • Exceptional written and oral presentation skills with a high attention to detail

  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, able to manage multiple competing priorities at once

  • Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management

  • Ability to travel for offsite meetings one week per month, as needed

*The US base salary range for this full-time position is:

$143,327.23 - $214,990.85
