The GTM Operations Manager is the owner of driving maximum efficiency via the implementation and maintenance of tools, processes and seamless information flow across the GTM team. Given the centrality of the GTM organization within Lyric, this team will focus on not only driving internal efficiency within the GTM team but also driving efficiency with cross-functional stakeholders, including Legal, Partners, Product/Tech, Finance, and Clinical. Critical to this position is the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, identify areas for improvement, problem solve and methodically stand-up new solutions and processes. In addition to establishing a best-in-class operating rhythm, this role also manages inbound, operational data requests from the organization, ensuring cross-functional stakeholders have timely information for business priorities.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY PERFORMANCE OUTCOMES

  • Create and standardize processes for the GTM team to drive a best-in-class operating rhythm

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Lyric stakeholders to identify challenge areas, problem solve and implement scalable solutions / processes

  • Ensure Client Execs are proactively informed and trained on business priorities, including the necessary collateral and materials to facilitate productive customer conversations

  • Oversee all Salesforce-related matters from data reliability of quote creation to setting up new products and partnering with Lyric's Salesforce developer for ongoing improvements

  • Manage incoming data requests from across the organization, including fielding, prioritizing and responding to requests

  • Oversee 'closing' process for Closed Won sales opportunities, including confirming annual contract value with Pricing, finalizing the Salesforce quote to align with the contract, coordinating with Product to setup new products for customers, categorizing and filing contracts for Legal

  • Administer the input and maintenance of standardized information in customer Account Plans

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

  • 4+ years of experience working in Business Operations, Revenue Operations, GTM Enablement, Project Management or equivalent roles

  • 3+ years of experience working with executive stakeholders

  • 2+ years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

GENERAL COMPETENCIES

  • Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus

  • Experience in the healthcare industry and software sales experience is a plus

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to structure problems, lead with curiosity and problem solve a diverse set of questions

  • Willingness to work in a complex structure to achieve success

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and work in a fast-paced environment to solve problems at scale

  • Ability to build and maintain constructive working relationships with a diverse stakeholder set

  • Exceptional written and oral presentation skills with a high attention to detail

  • Excellent problem-solving, detail-oriented, and organizational skills

  • Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management

  • Ability to travel for offsite meetings one week per month, as needed

*The US base salary range for this full-time position is:

$119,439.36 - $179,159.04
